1. Contact Tandem so that you can get all of your specific questions answered and begin to learn about the dimensions of a great resume. Once you decide which services you are interested in, we’re on our way!
2. First off, watch your in-box for Tandem’s questionnaire. The questions you’ll answer will begin to shape how you see yourself and will help in collecting the foundational information that will give your new resume a strong frame.
3. Next, things really take off. You’ll complete the resume/career maximizing survey and, based on your responses to the foundational questionnaire, answer targeted questions that will help to further define your strengths and competencies. This extra information will fortify the content of your highly individualized and powerful new resume.
4. Remember, a resume is only a piece of the puzzle. If you decided on any other services (career development, coaching, etc.), we’ll also move forward on those.
5. Hold tight while your resume and any associated documents are fine-tuned. Quality work takes time, but we can discuss a fast turnaround if need be.
6. Within the agreed upon time-frame, you’ll have your freshly minted documents. Because this process is about a lot more than a resume, you’ll have a renewed outlook and your confidence will soar!
